I haven't received my email to enroll in the ambassador program. What do I do?
The email will come from our referral program, ReferralCandy, so the sender line may not show up from Novashine. Ensure to check your spam and junk folder for the email.
How do I get paid?
You must have an email connected to a PayPal account in order to collect your commission rewards. ReferralCandy will payout your cash rewards automatically via PayPal.
How do I use my referral code?
The referral code can be pasted either onto your social media post or in the caption. Additionally, you can share you via text, DMs, WhatsApp, etc.
